Nice observation. &quot;Observation is also a type of intervention&quot; is a philosophy that Prof. Edgar Schein of MIT has been advocating for the past several decades. Schein&#039;s thoughts have been influenced by Kurt Lewin&#039;s Field Theory where basic unit of analysis is a group and not an individual within the group. Kurt Lewin was a psychologist and was influenced by Einstein&#039;s field theory. So you are on the right track :-)
